From NYC to SFO. I am:

Josh Strong

Technology. At your service.

I build the systems, then make people forget the technology is even there.

I pair white-glove service with AI workflows that delight organizations and quietly do the work of a whole team.

Not slideware.
Working instruments.

Real tools I've built, running on synthetic data. Don't read about them — use them.

When executives can't send a delegated email or book the right room, the fix used to mean a support queue and a four-minute click-path. I turned those workflows into natural-language tools — and turned the ticket backlog into something an LLM reads for me. Here's what that looks like.

01 / The console

One sentence in. A governed change out.

My Exchange MCP server — 17 tools behind natural language. The most common request my team gets (~30% of tickets) used to mean ~4 minutes in the admin center. Type a request or tap one below — and watch the panel on the right tally what you just skipped.

02 / Ticket intelligence

Same queue. Two very different reads.

A synthetic week of executive-tier ServiceNow tickets. Before: 18 rows somebody skims at 5pm. After: what an LLM hands you instead. Flip between them.

// how I work

The other half of the job.

The demos show the systems. This is the service — the part that never fit in a terminal.

01

"The best technology is invisible."

When I've done the job right, nobody notices I was there — no ticket, no downtime, no "how do I…". The tool just works and the person gets on with their actual work. I obsess over the friction everyone else has stopped noticing, because removing it is the entire point.

02

"Serve the person, not the ticket."

A ticket is a symptom; the person is the problem worth solving. I read the human behind the request — what they're really trying to do, what they're afraid to ask — and fix that. It's why executives ask for me by name. (And I've never once made someone feel dumb for asking. That one's a rule.)

03

"Automate the boring so people can be human."

Every hour spent clicking through the same admin panel is an hour stolen from work that needs a brain. So I build the thing that erases it — the MCP server, the dashboards, the scripts — and hand the time back. The machines do the repetition; the people do the judgment.

— and I always play the long game. Sustainable systems over heroics, every time.

// the long game

From odd jobs to the C-suite.

I didn't take the straight road. I took the one that taught me how technology actually lands for the people using it — from a service desk to serving Intuit's most senior leaders. It's a good story.
